Rabbi Nathan Rose - Acting Director
Rabbi Nathan Rose has assumed the position of principal of the Religious School as of February 1, 2010. He has had extensive prior experience as head of a large Religious school.

The school committee met with Rabbi Rose and heard some of his plans for the imme-diate and long-range future.

The areas of greatest immediate concerns are:

• The establishment of a viable Junior Congregation, consistent with the requirements of the school.
• The assessment of the current curriculum.
• The establishment of a close relationship between teachers and students, between the faculty and the education com-mittee, and most importantly with parents.

We hope to encourage parents to join the PTO, so that we can enrich our student body with extra-curricular activities.

Preparations are in progress for the Pessah S’darim, which will be held according to grade level. You will be notified of the exact date and time.

We invite our parents to be in touch with Rabbi Rose, with Esther Adler, or Mitch Snyder, the co-chairs of the school commit-tee.

We wish Rabbi Rose much success in his new endeavor.
