JACATT – Jewish AfterCare at Temple Torah is an affordable, Jewish educational, afterschool alternative for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Designed as a Judaic education supplement for Jewish children attending the Ben Gamla Charter School, JACATT’s curriculum focuses on Torah, Mitzvot, Midot (moral character traits), Hagim (Jewish holidays), and building Jewish identity.
JACATT’s mission is to provide a loving and encouraging atmosphere designed to enhance each child’s individual development by modeling personal responsibility and Jewish character.
JewishAfterCare at Temple Torah begins when the school day ends and continues until 4:00 PM. The program includes 1 ¼ hours of religious instruction daily. In addition to studying traditional texts, children learn through music, art, drama, crafts, and stories.
For families needing extended aftercare, an arrangement has been made with the JCC to provide care through 6 PM (at an additional cost). Prices below reflect the options available. Prices do not include JCC’s fees.
Fees for JACATT
All fees are priced per month and fees are based upon 10 months per school year.

JACATT only: Temple Torah members – $108.00; non-members – $120.00
JACATT (with JCC): Temple Torah or JCC members – $ 96.00; non-members – $ 108.00
One time yearly non-refundable registration fee per child for JACATT (includes materials and T-Shirt) – $95.00
• 10% tuition sibling discount for 2nd or more children with the same family enrolled in JACATT program.
• 5% early bird discount for annual tuition paid in full by August 1st.
